Cassel Salpeter Promotes Four Investment Banking Team Members in Miami
MIAMI – October 7, 2026 – Cassel Salpeter & Co., an independent investment banking firm that provides advisory services to middle-market and emerging growth companies, announced the promotions of Marcus Wai and Chris Mansueto to senior vice president, and Edward “Eddie” Kropf and Charles Davis to vice president.

- Marcus Wai, Senior Vice President: Since joining Cassel Salpeter at its founding in 2010, Marcus has focused his advisory practice on fairness and solvency opinions and supports the team on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising engagements.
- Chris Mansueto, Senior Vice President: Chris, who also joined the firm at its founding in 2010, has focused his practice on valuation, while contributing across the firm’s advisory services. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation in business valuation.
- Eddie Kropf, Vice President: Joining the firm in 2020, Eddie applies his consulting and economic research background, along with more than five years of investment banking experience, to support Cassel Salpeter’s clients across mergers and acquisitions and capital raising, restructuring, and transaction advisory engagements.
- Charles Davis, Vice President: Since joining Cassel Salpeter in 2022, Charles has focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising, restructuring, and transaction advisory engagements.
