He focuses on long-term relationship building and providing the firm’s clients with unbiased advice.
Through his work with private companies, private equity firms, public company buyers and sellers, banks, and investors, the situational knowledge Philip has attained over the years continues to drive successful results. Whether it is an M&A transaction or capital raising opportunity, Philip has proven his ability to drive processes forward and get deals closed.
Prior to joining Cassel Salpeter, he worked for Rialto Capital, pioneering the finance group and assisting with the management of a real estate private equity fund.
