Charles Davis, a senior associate at Cassel Salpeter & Co., applies his strategic advisory and financial analysis expertise to assist in M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory services. He brings more than a decade of operational experience and extensive M&A transaction work across healthcare, business services, aerospace & defense, manufacturing, technology, consumer products and services, and other sectors.

He brings over ten years of experience spanning the architecture and design, building products, commercial and professional services, consumer goods and services, and manufacturing sectors. Before joining Cassel Salpeter, he served in management and operational positions within multiple family, privately owned businesses.

Charles earned his master’s in business administration from the University of Miami and earned his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Skidmore College.
