Mason Waldron, an analyst at Cassel Salpeter & Co., applies his strong financial acumen and analytical skills to support the firm’s investment banking advisory services, including sell-side M&A, valuations, and restructuring transactions.

Before joining Cassel Salpeter, Mason gained experience at CBIZ (formerly Marcum LLP) as an assurance intern on the Private Equity & Capital Markets team, where he conducted financial audits and evaluated portfolio investment valuations. He also served as a Financial Analyst at Orange Umbrella Consultancy, where he managed revenue strategy and financial operations.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. He is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, a finance and accounting honor society.
