Ranjini Chandirakanthan, a director at Cassel Salpeter & Co., has more than 20 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and the technology industry. Having worked 15 years in Silicon Valley and three years in Austin, Texas, Ranjini brings a wide range of technology experience and a solid network of relationships that benefit the firm’s clients. Leading the firm’s expanding technology practice, Ranjini has a strong footprint in South Florida technology.
Prior to joining Cassel Salpeter, Ranjini was a director of strategy at Dell, Inc., and a senior director of corporate development at Sun Microsystems. She also spent time on Wall Street as a technology investment banker at Lehman Brothers and as a top Starmine-Ranked Infrastructure software research analyst at ThinkEquity, an investment bank. Ranjini also worked at a startup, Neoteris, which is now owned by Juniper Networks. She began her career as a CPA at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Ranjini earned a bachelor’s in accountancy from Miami University, in Oxford, OH, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago, in Chicago.
